These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pickdup's AI receptionist services. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Pickdup provides a managed AI receptionist service that answers inbound phone calls on behalf of businesses, captures caller information, and delivers call summaries to clients via SMS and email. Service includes initial setup, custom call script configuration, and ongoing management.
Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice. Notice must be sent to eli@pickdup.co. You will be billed for the current month through the end of your notice period. No partial month refunds are provided.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications containing call summaries from Pickdup. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at eli@pickdup.co.
Our service uses artificial intelligence to handle calls. While we strive for accuracy, AI-handled calls may occasionally contain errors in transcription or information capture. Pickdup is not liable for any losses resulting from errors in AI-generated call summaries or missed calls due to technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickdup's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of planned downtime.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with the services. We will not disclose your business information or call data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pickdup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
