3. SMS Notifications

By signing up for Pickdup's AI receptionist service, clients consent to receive SMS notifications containing call summaries. These messages are sent to the phone number provided during onboarding. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our service, including telephony providers (Twilio), AI platforms, and notification services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain call transcripts and summaries for 90 days unless a client requests earlier deletion. Client account information is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the information we collect and process. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
